"I'm not usually one to leave a review but working in the Hospitality industry for over 25 years, I MUST give a shout out when someone manages to "wow" me with incredible customer service.

My car broke down on wolf creek pass, a terrifying and dramatic event that lead to an incredibly long and flustering day which spanned into months without a car. Every which way I turned for support (dealership, roadside support, the car manufacturer) I hit dead ends and was literally left in tears.

I reached out to State Farm and Gabe Gentile treated me with so much kindness and support, it was unreal. He was the first person who actually did something, pausing my payments while I got things sorted. He is a "car guy" and he made me feel so much better when I explained what happened and he offered several options on next steps. We talked regularly for weeks as I explored looking a getting a new car. He had even offered to lend me his bike while I was carless - and I've never even met him!

This type of treatment was exactly why I wanted to move my insurance here locally. I didn't want to be a number, I wanted to support those working locally and Gabe is truly the "good neighbor" State Farm advertises.

He was the first person I told when I decided to make a purchase, he got me all sorted to go in and sign for my very first new car.

Albeit a traumatic experience, Gabe had my back through the entire ordeal. I not only landed on top with a new car I feel confident in, but I made a great new friend who managed to put a smile on my face with every call.
